Fee Collection – MS Excel Sheet

Fee collection sheet is very simple to use. fee entry will be done with only single input of Admission No (Student ID). See below

“vlookup” formula has been inserted and when you will enter the Admission number of concern student, his fee entry will be made automatically. In above picture, ADM18-14 input fetched its related information from Student Database Sheet. See Below

Fee value (1700) of last entry  will be added in total of the month.

You can create the sheet of every month of the year. their total value will be calculated in Main Analytical Sheet (P/L Account).
